Let your artistic talents shine with Make it Loud! The interactive school holiday experience all about the science and technology behind music and sound.

Warm up the vocals on our karaoke stage, learn the importance of pitch, how powerful our voices can be, and the mechanics behind song. Unleash your inner rockstar and try out different instruments in the Absurd Orchestra! Can you keep rhythm, find the tempo and create a melody?

Take part in the design challenge at the Science Alive Te Manawa Magic Box found in Te Puawānanga. How many "Sound Makers” can you make with the different materials on hand?
