Science Alive Returns Policy

Please note that Science Alive does not process change of mind returns.

If you have purchased an item and it is faulty, Science Alive reserves the right to repair the item if possible or replace it where necessary. If you have purchased faulty goods via our website, please email us at shop@sciencealive.co.nz within 14 days of delivery and include a description of the fault and photos. We may need to contact our suppliers and ask for their recommendation. In the event that the item is deemed faulty, Science Alive may provide a courier bag to you in order to return it to us. We will then either exchange the item or if this is not possible, Science Alive will issue a refund.

• The product is defective or damaged meaning it is not fit for its intended purpose.
• The product does not match the sample or our description listed on our website.
• Science Alive has been contacted within 14 days at shop@sciencealive.co.nz from the date the product was delivered.

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to let you know if your return is approved via email.
•  If approved, your refund will be processed, and your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 – 10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame, please do not hesitate to get in contact with us via email.
